Paper Submission Guidelines for Full Paper

All submissions must be written in  English language and must be made in  Microsoft Word format (.doc/docx) only. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts for review covering -     Conceptual analyses and theoretical presentations. Short concept statements and alternative interpretations of phenomena and prior research findings.     Critiques, rebuttals, and planned debates.       Integrative literature reviews and meta-analyses that produce important new insights and research questions. Manuscripts will be initially screened by the Technical Committee for adherence to these guidelines, in particular for originality, readability, and potential contribution to the literature. Those passing this screening will then be subject to a double blind peer review process.

Full papers should conform to the following guidelines:

Keywords: (Maximum eight words)
Abstract: The abstract should give a clear indication of the objectives, scope, methods, results and conclusion of your work. All manuscripts must include a 100-150 word abstract typed on a separate page.
Introduction: The introduction usually contains a background and/or a motivation for the research including comparison to related research.
Objectives: The objectives of the research paper summarize what is to be achieved by the research study.
Theory: A brief description of the theoretical foundations, research framework, etc. relevant to the work presented.
Methods: This section should describe what was done to answer the research question, describe how it was done, justify the research design, and explain how the results were analyzed.
Results: Presentation of the result obtained. If possible, use descriptive figures or tables rather than explain in text. Do not discuss or interpret the results at this stage.
Discussion: Discuss the results. What conclusions can you draw? Put results in perspective by comparing to other studies or generally accepted knowledge in the field. Critically evaluate your own method and results with respect to the simplifications made.
References: Please include references prepared according to the American Psychological Association (APA) 6.0 Guidelines (refer www.apastyle.org). List the references in alphabetical order at the end of the paper. All references must be single spaced. The references should be distinguished by hanging indents.
●    The full paper will be assessed with respect to the applied method and the correct use of it, the relevance of the introduced simplifications, the relevance of the introduction, results and discussion, the ability to clearly pass on the message, and the overall impression.
●    The full paper can include future work, details of proofs or implementation that should seem plausible to reviewers, ramifications not relevant to the key ideas of the study.

General Guidelines
Please follow strictly the following general guidelines:

  • Paper size: Standard A4
  • Font and size:  Times New Roman 12 pt, line space double.
  • Margins: 1” on all sides
  • Justified text
  • Do not include page headers and footers.
  • Major section headings (“Heading 1” style), bold face; minor or “Heading 2” headings should be all italic.
  • All figures/tables should be integrated in the text. The figure caption style should have the same font and size as the main text.
  • Word count: 5,000 to 8,000 words including the abstract.

Accepted full papers meeting publication requirements will be published in an international journal of repute or as a part of an edited book. Please ensure that the manuscript has been “spell-checked” and “grammar-checked”. Designate one author as the corresponding author to facilitate communication, should there be more than one author.
All papers should be based on original work. Plagiarism constitutes grounds for disqualification.
The entire manuscript (including cover page, abstract, main text, exhibits, appendices, and references) should be included in one document.
All author related information – name, affiliation, and contact details should be mentioned only in the cover page and any information conveying identification of the author(s) (including name, affiliation, and acknowledgements) must be removed from the manuscript.
The authors need to send along with the paper the certificate of originality-cum-consent for publication in proceedings without which it will not be accepted.
All the papers will be blind reviewed by an expert committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Articles will be subject to plagiarism check before being sent for review process.

  • Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided at least one of the authors will register and present the paper. 
  • All rights of publication of papers presented in the Conference shall rest with the Conference Organizers.
