Mr. Sanjay Bose has completed his MBA in HR from the Xavier Institute of Social Service in 1995. He started his career in the Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi as an Assistant Manager-HR. He attended the Advanced Management Development Program in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2002 and the Tata Group Executive Leadership Seminar again in General Management at Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan in the year 2015. Mr. Bose kick started his career managing the employee life cycle events and employee engagement in the formative years. He also worked in the areas of labor legislation, domestic enquiries and court cases, and conceived and implemented a computerized database for HR records back then. In 1999, he joined the corporate HR team at Taj Hotels and deployed an HRIS system across all 60 hotels of the company. He worked extensively in the area of M&A and was part of a team that oversaw four large acquisitions for the Group. He was also part of a three-member core team that designed and implemented a rightsizing exercise for the company. After having joined Taj Hotels in 1995, Mr. Bose had grown through the ranks and last served as the Vice President-HR operations at the company. He was responsible for the entire global HR operations for the Taj Group in his last role. After having spent over two decades at the Taj Group, Mr. Bose has just moved to ITC Hotels as the Vice President-HR and is now based out of Gurgaon.

Dr. Shad Morris is the Georgia White Fellow and Associate Professor of Management at the Marriott School of Business, Brigham Young University. He received his Ph.D. from Cornell University. In addition to co-authoring 5 books on human resource management and international business, he has over 30 scholarly publications in journals such as Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, and Harvard Business Review. In addition, Professor Morris conducts research and consults in many emerging markets within Asia, Latin America and Africa. He has been a visiting professor at the Indian School of Business, China Europe International Business School, the Copenhagen Business School, and the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He has been a Fulbright Scholar and is a Research Fellow at Cambridge University. He has also received numerous awards for his international research, including one of the top research awards from the Academy of Management. Prior to becoming an academic, he worked for the World Bank, for Management Systems International, and for Alcoa. He speaks Bulgarian and has working knowledge of Serbo-Croatian.

Pramod Chandrasekhar
has a degree in Political Science from Madras Christian College and a Masters degree in Social Work from Madras School of Social Work, specializing in Human Resources and has over two and a half decades of experience primarily in Human Resources and more recently in Learning and Leadership Development. He is currently Vice President – Capability Building in the Global Transformation Center at HSBC in Hyderabad. Prior to this he was the Head of Learning at Wells Fargo Bank at Hyderabad. His longest career stint was with Tata Consultancy Services where he helped in setting up the Corporate Learning Center at Trivandrum and then subsequently the dedicated learning center at Buffalo, New York. In his vast experience he has worked in Asia, Europe and North America in various HR related functions. He holds voluntary leadership positions in different industry associations, most notably the India Society of Training and Development (ISTD) Hyderabad chapter. She frequently visits countries like USA, Canada, France, Dubai, China and Germany, on academic assignments including sabbatical at the UMD, College Park, Maryland; Emory University, Atlanta, etc. She has won several awards - AIMS International Best Woman Researcher Award in December, 2015, Silver Medal for her research contribution at the University of Heidelberg, Germany in October, 2015, the Best Research Paper Award at Detroit, USA, in July, 2013 and ISDI Best Paper Award in December, 2013, the Indo-French Exchange Scholar fellowship in 2008, Silver Jubilee Fellowship for advanced research in HRM by IIM, Ahmedabad in 2006. In recognition of her contribution, Dr. Sita is appointed on the Boards of two companies viz., Pennar Industries Ltd and the Pennar Engineered Building Systems, as an independent Director. She is currently editing a special issue for the Human Resource Management Review on Sustainable HRM.

Mr. Arun Rao
is working with DXC, India since July 2015 as Director, Human Resources. He, along with his team, is responsible and accountable for the entire employee life cycle experience. His current priorities are to focus on post-merger integration activities of DXC and CSC. Prior to this Mr. Arun Rao worked for Deloitte Consulting India between February 2011 and June 2015. In his role with Deloitte, he led the L&D portfolio for the region and was responsible for the development footprint for close to 25,000 professionals in India. Prior to the CLO role, I was the Lead Business Advisor for multiple business lines of Deloitte in India. Prior to Deloitte, he was with Applabs Technologies during November 2006 and January 2011, where he led the Global Human Resource Function overseeing recruitment, post-recruitment employee engagement, performance management System, learning & development & physical infrastructure management. He worked with Intelligroup (now NTT), Satyam Computers (now TechMahindra), Mascon and SAIL in the initial years of his career. He is an Alumnus of Delhi University (Class of 1987) and XLRI, Jamshedpur (Class of PMIR’ 95).
